You will note that I have vast experience in management , property management; commercial , residential and storage facilities.  I am a hands-on manager.  I know property management from  the ground up; building materials, maintenance  issues, including preventative maintenance,  inventory control, resolving  violations with city and county inspectors, safety-issues  including requirements by OSHA , security issues, evictions, lease agreements, negotiating with vendors, insurance requirements needed for tenants, and I have excellent Landlord/Tenant  relationship. I also have experience in the grocery industry at a store level, was an Assistant Store Manager  and worked all departments of the store.
