I am a seasoned self storage broker and broker self storage facilities all over the country. Because of my involvement in the self storage business I occasionally see a special investment opportunity. It may be a chance to purchase a facility below market, an opportunity to add value, a seller who wants to provide below market financing, or a number of other factors that would enhance the investment. We are currently performing due diligence on a couple of very good looking self storage businesses.
