due to current market economy. Existing note is due now as

package and is too expensive for me to extend. LLC has no
liens or debt other than mortgage note, property is older
but in good shape and generates consistent income. LLC will
pay new partner approximately 7% monthly on capital
contribution. Investor will receive 100% of original
investment back first at time of sale plus monthly
payments.. Main tenant is business that is firm and doing
well so they are long term making income sustainable.

clear with additional investment funds to be used for fence
and new roof to increase income and lower maintenance costs
(details when requested). This is a very honest, simple,
good deal! Yes, I will consider 100% sale for slightly more
but prefer partner so we may develop for larger return.
