CBD Investment Group, LLC is seeking capital partners to fund the acquisition of 20+ unit apartment buildings and storage facilities in the southeastern United States. CBD Investment Group, LLC members have a combined 15+ years of real estate brokerage and finance experience. CBD Investment Group, LLC has extensive knowledge in areas of (a) deal sourcing (b) construction/rehabilitation, and (c) creative financing techniques which include short sale and subject to acquisition. CBD Investment group seeks to acquire 5 to 7 projects over the next 18 months. Position Information: CBD Investment Group, LLC seeks individuals that can provide acquisition and/or rehab funding in each project. Capital partners will maintain a first right of refusal for deals. Capital partners will be compensated with a return of 9 to 12% per project and a split of the proceeds beyond the invested capital and returns.
