We are currently seeking Private Investors/Partners to work with. We have experience as single family home redevelopers and we are expanding into the Self Storage business. We are searching for those who have monies deposited in the bank; most banks pay less than 3% per annum for the monies you deposit in the form of CD's or in savings. The fact is banks in turn give you the loans and you pay them about 12 to 18% interest and they pay you your 2-3% and difference is the Bank's profit. We are wondering if there is anyone out there interested in making some serious money? How 'bout that IRA or 401k you have "parked" somewhere NOT working hard for you?
