The contents of storage units that are in default for non-payment of monthly storage fees. Each unit will
be sold in it's entirety as a single lot.


Terms and Conditions of the Auction
 
Each unit will be sold as a single entity, not piecemeal. Bidders will have approximately 5 minutes once the
lock is removed to inspect the units. A $100.00 cash only deposit will be required at the start of the auction,
where you are a successful bidder as a clean-out guarantee. The deposit is retained at the facility and will
be returned by the facility manager when you have emptied your units; all trash must be removed and the
units left broom clean.
 
You will have 48 hours to clean out the unit.
