Looking for a on-site resident management couple for the Albuquerque NM area. Looking for experienced, self motivated manager who are multi-task oriented and have a "let's get the job done" attitude. We offer a 2-bedroom apartment with utilities furnished, competitive base salary, plus monthly bonus commissions on rentals and mileage. Must know computers and have excellent people skills. Duties to include but not limited to: leasing units, taking payments for units, vacating and cleaning units, excellent phone skills, marketing facilities via phone, internet and visiting local businesses, apartment complexes etc, delinquency and lien procedures, ability to handle people with respect, maintain a clean property, perform minor maintenance and follow facility guidelines and polices as established by owners.
