Requirements and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Knowledge of Quick Stor program Day to day management of facility Process cash, check and credit card payments Daily balancing and closing Good phone skills Market surveys as requested Show rent and clean units Make collection calls on late tenants Lock cuts and process liens when necessary Maintaining the facility Self motivated and be able to work independently Enforce facility rules in a friendly and professional manner
