Now accepting resumes for a local self storage facility in the Yorktown/Hampton, VA area. Looking for a resident manager team/couple to oversee and property manage a 500+ unit storage facility. Position includes lucrative compensation package, salary, benefits, paid housing, utilities and more. Responsibilities include:

*Leasing of self storage space
* Timely collections of rent and fees
*Maintenance of self storage facility
* Preparation of letters and documentation relating to the auction process
*Marketing to local businesses and the community

Requirements include:

* 1 to 2 years as a resident manager or the equivalent in property management
* management background in other fields that requires customer service along with sales/management
 
*Must possess strong organizational skills *Must have experience with computers

*Superior customer service and sales skills
* Strong communication skills
* Positive can do attitude
* Ability to be successful in obtaining goals with minimal supervision
* Ability to listen and resolve customer concerns
* Ability to treat your property as if it were your own
* Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong drive to succeed
