large bay doors allow access to the climate
controlled interior storage units. The on-site
operations are automated using a computer with
self storage software. 14 surveillance cameras
constantly monitor the facility. The property
has an on-site office of approximately 400
square feet. The combination of a new
conversion, a growing market and expansion
opportunity make this project highly desirable
to the self-storage investor. The property was
previously listed and sold, withthe Seller
carrying back paper. The buyer/borrower
defaulted, the seller took possession of the
